DESIGN / BUILD FUNCTIONS

We collaborate with you to ensure that your goals are met. JBC will bring together architects, engineers, and other appropriate partners to create the space you need. This will assist us in accurately setting expectations and to establish the project scope and budget with you. 

Once the initial design drawings are established we would move right into the permitting and scheduling phases of the project. We would generate permit & construction documents, submit them to the proper muni-cipalities having jurisdiction over the project, and create the construction.

Subcontractor bidding would begin as soon as the construction documents are completed. We would only select subcontractors that could meet our strict budget, quality and scheduling parameters. Throughout our years of experience, we have built relationships with various tradesmen, subcon-tractors, suppliers and other companies in all phases of construction. 

JBC Construction will hold all parties accountable to ensure the work gets done to the standard of excellence we demand, and you would expect. We will communicate with you periodically throughout the project to update you as to the construction progress.

Upon securing your certificate of occupancy we perform a final walk through with you to make sure the project meets your needs and expectations. It is our goal to build lasting partner relationships!
